Geoengineering has been proposed as a way to save the planet from global warming. Bills have proposed in Congress to test geoengineering.
One proposed way to stop global warming is to spray aerosols.
Ideas for solar radiation management include increasing the amount of aerosols in the stratosphere, which could scatter incoming solar heat away from Earth's surface, or creating low-altitude marine clouds to reflect these same rays.
My question is, aren't we already doing that?
